Pre-Approved Screen Door Styles

Screen doors that are pre-approved by the Ho'opili Design Review Committee for non-condominium homes in Ho'opili are listed below. 

To install a pre-approved screen door, please complete a Fast Track Zip Permit (available [HERE]) and submit it to the Design Review Team at [email]. A design review fee will apply.

 

Other screen doors may be approved by the Design Review Committee on a case-by-case basis. 

To install any other type of screen door, please complete a full Application for Improvements (available [HERE]) and submit it to the Design Review Team at [email]. A design review fee will apply.

Installation of screen doors without proper approval may result in an enforcement action by the appropriate community representative.
