Making Reservations
Reservations are strictly limited to Ho‘opili residents.
Proof of residency is required during the reservation process.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the reservation calendar HERE.

Select the date

Click on the green availability time

Click on [BOOK] at the top of the screen

Enter your Email (or login if you already have an account)

Confirm that the date is correct. No need to insert a time.

Enter your Name, Phone No., Credit Card Holder Name, Credit Card No.

Make sure to the read & check ALL the boxes regarding our terms

Click on [Confirm booking]
*Your credit card will be charged at the time you make a booking.
Kuapo Room (only for Ho‘opili residents)

Hours: 9am to 2pm OR 3pm to 8pm

No more than 59 people per party.

​Approx. 12 tables, 75 chairs, TV, sink, microwave and refrigerator and WIFI are available.

Please ask one of our staff of the TV remote and/or WIFI password. We will require your ID as a deposit.

If you damage something OR if the room and its equipment are not cleaned up properly then we will charge a $100 surcharge or more on top of the usage fee.
Konane Pavilion (only for Ho‘opili residents)

Hours: 9am to 8pm (NO BATHROOMS)

No more than 100 people per party.

​The storage room in the back of the Konane Park Pavilion contains approx. 8 tables and 40 chairs. You are free to use those, but please neatly put them back after your function.

If you damage something OR if the Pavilion and its equipment are not cleaned up properly then we will charge a $100 surcharge or more on top of the usage fee.
SoHo Park - Tent Space (only for Ho‘opili residents)

Hours: 9am to 8pm

No more than 59 people per party.

​Park is for private use of Ho'opili residents + their guests.

Refrain from loud music.

Tents are only allowed within your specific reserved zone space.

Jim Schuler Pavilion (only for Ho‘opili residents)

Hours: 10am to 5pm (HAS BATHROOMS)

No more than 100 people per party.

The storage room in the back of the Pavilion contains approx. 10 tables and 40 chairs. You are free to use those, but please contact us a day before and neatly put them back afterwards.

If you damage something OR if the Pavilion and its equipment are not cleaned up properly then we will charge a $100 surcharge or more on top of the usage fee.
