4J Soccer Fields

In an effort to minimize wear and tear on the temporary 4J Soccer Fields, manage maintenance costs and ensure proper insurance is in place, ORGANIZED PLAY at the temporary 4J Soccer Fields is strictly prohibited except for soccer pursuant to a written agreement with Ho’opili Community Association (“HCA”). ORGANIZED PLAY is defined as a group of three or more persons who play and/or practice together regularly as a team in a league or association and/or as part of an organization that charges a participation fee. Except for ORGANIZED PLAY during specified hours, the temporary 4J Soccer Fields are open to all Ho’opili residents and their guests for recreational activities. Currently, AYSO and Hawai’i Soccer Academy have written agreements with HCA to use the 4J Soccer Fields, including the goals, for ORGANIZED PLAY at the following times:

All other ORGANIZED PLAY is strictly prohibited and cannot be conducted on the temporary 4J
Soccer Fields. Outside the above schedule AND/OR if the space is not occupied, Ho’opili
residents and their guests may use the fields for recreational activities subject to posted
rules. Furthermore, Ho’opili residents may use the goals outside of the above
schedule as long as they sign a USAGE AGREEMENT with HCA. Forms are available
daily except Tuesdays at The SoHo Community Center. Government issued ID and proof
